As most of you know, we have taken this company in a new, completely different direction. During the first quarter of 2002, upon shareholder approval, we sold all the telecom assets and liabilities of Voip Telecom Inc. In the second quarter we acquired a private company named Global Holdings, Inc., which is a refractory company. We have since changed the name to Diversified Thermal Solutions, Inc. to move appropriately describe the overall nature of our business.

DTS is a holding company specializing in industrial thermal process management and is actively pursuing an acquisition of a refractory manufacturing facility. Our objective is to become a premier producer and marketer of refractory materials, as well as becoming a mechanical services company, supporting customers in iron and steel, cement, pulp and paper, aluminum, chemical, petro-chemical, boiler and power cogeneration, and hazardous waste incineration industries.

DTS has formed Refractory and Industrial Supply Group (RIS Group), which will be the marketing and sales subsidiary for all refractory materials, whether from our own manufacturing facilities or through strategic distribution agreements. RISG has a complete line of high quality refractory products. RISG offers clay brick products, as well as high alumina, phosphate bonded, up to 85%. We also have a wide range of specialty brick, such as our fused silica products, RISIL, as well as an extensive line of monolithic refractory products and precast, prefired refractory shapes.
